To operate licenses, DAI sends our licensing service (Keygen.sh) your license key and an anonymous machine fingerprint (a one-way hash derived from your operating system's machine ID — it contains no personal data and cannot identify you outside DAI). For purchases, our payment processor collects billing details; we receive your name, email and subscription status, never your card number.
Your SketchUp models, drawings, cut lists and exports never leave your computer. DAI has no analytics or tracking inside SketchUp.
Once per day DAI fetches a small version file from our release channel (GitHub) to offer updates. This is a standard HTTPS request; no personal data is sent.
We use your email only for licensing, receipts, support and important product notices. No marketing lists, no resale of data.
Write to daidokorowood@gmail.com to access or delete your data. Deleting your license data ends your ability to activate DAI.
