Refund Policy

DAI is operated by DAI 3D LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Doral, Florida, USA. Payments for DAI are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorized reseller) for all our sales. All refunds are issued by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.

Try before you buy

The 7-day trial is full-featured precisely so you can test DAI on your own machines and your own projects before paying anything.

How refunds work

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are handled by Paddle and governed by the Paddle Refund Policy. In summary:

• Buyers in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw; buyers in South Korea, Brazil, Canada and China have a 7-day right; and buyers in Singapore have a 5-day right.
• Paddle may also issue refunds on a discretionary basis within 14 days of the transaction date — for example, where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect.
• Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour.

How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle order-confirmation email, or go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund.” You can also write to us at support@dai3d.com and we will help you through the process.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the subscription-management link in your Paddle confirmation email. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
