DAI is a software extension for SketchUp® distributed by Daidokoro Inc ("we", "us"), Doral, Florida, USA. A subscription grants one named user a license to install and activate DAI on up to two (2) computers. Additional computer activations may be purchased as an add-on.
New users may request a free 7-day trial with full functionality. No payment information is required for the trial. When the trial expires, DAI reverts to a limited demo mode.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, your license stops renewing and DAI reverts to demo mode after a short grace period.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or attempt to circumvent the license system or reverse-engineer the encrypted components of DAI.
Active subscriptions include all product updates and email support. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
DAI is provided "as is". You are responsible for verifying all output (cut lists, DXF files, machining) before manufacturing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
